These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of LowStock Alarm ("the Service"), a product offered by ICEEWEB.ONLINE Ltd. and operated via the website iceeweb.online (collectively "we", "us" or "our"). By using the Service or purchasing a subscription you agree to these Terms.

1. Service

LowStock Alarm provides inventory monitoring, alerts (email, SMS, webhooks), analytics and optional supplier auto-reorder features. We may introduce, modify or discontinue features at our discretion; material changes to paid features will be communicated in advance where practicable.

2. Accounts & Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a legally binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of any account credentials and for all activity under your account.

3. Subscriptions, Billing & Trials

Paid features require a subscription. Pricing and billing terms are available at our pricing page. Trials, if offered, are limited-time and may be subject to restrictions. You authorize us to charge the payment method you provide. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in these Terms or required by law.

4. Refunds & Cancellations

Subscriptions may be canceled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are only provided where required by law or at our sole discretion.

5. Data, Privacy & Cookies

We process data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the Service you consent to the collection and processing of data as described there. You are responsible for any customer data you upload or transmit using the Service.

6. Use Restrictions

You must not: (a) copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Service; (b) reverse engineer the Service; (c) use the Service to transmit illegal, infringing or harmful content; or (d) interfere with the operation or security of the Service.

7. Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with third-party platforms (Shopify, BigCommerce, Amazon, etc.). Those third parties have their own terms and privacy practices; you remain responsible for complying with any applicable third-party terms when connecting accounts.

8. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Service (software, UI, documentation) are owned by ICEEWEB.ONLINE Ltd. or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service as provided under these Terms.

9. Warranties & Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We disclaim all warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ICEEWEB.ONLINE Ltd. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, lost profits, or loss of data arising out of or in connection with the Service. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ICEEWEB.ONLINE Ltd., its officers, directors, employees and agents from any claims or liabilities arising from your misuse of the Service or breach of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or abuse the Service. Termination does not relieve you of any unpaid fees or obligations incurred prior to termination.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, unless otherwise required by law.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will provide notice of material changes via our website or email where practicable. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance.
