Terms & Conditions

Effective: August 2026 // Governed by US Law

Section 1 - Scope & Audience

These Terms and Conditions apply to all agreements for the provision of the cloud-based inventory synchronization software StoreStory. The offering is directed exclusively at business customers (B2B). No statutory right of withdrawal for consumers applies.

Section 2 - Subject of the Agreement

StoreStory provides a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform that synchronizes inventory levels across POS, webshop and marketplace systems (e.g. Amazon, eBay, Shopify) in real time. No source code, local software or hardware is delivered.

Section 3 - Formation of Contract

The contract is formed once the customer completes the registration process, confirms the payment method (e.g. a payment link), and the provider activates the account manually or automatically.

Section 4 - Billing Model (Pay-As-You-Go with Minimum Commitment)

A monthly minimum commitment of 49.00 EUR applies. This amount is fully creditable against actual usage (0.05 EUR per product-channel connection). If usage exceeds 49.00 EUR (more than 980 active connections), each additional connection is billed monthly at 0.05 EUR.

Section 5 - Setup Fee & Trainings

A one-time setup fee of 299.00 EUR applies. Optionally, two training units are offered for 199.00 EUR. Both items are billed separately and are non-recurring.

Section 6 - Payment Terms, Processing & Suspension

Billing is monthly in advance via a digital payment link. To provide maximum financial flexibility, we offer two distinct checkout channels:

  • Merchant of Record (Paddle): For standard credit card payments and automated subscription cycles, the order process is handled via Paddle.com. Paddle is the legal seller and Merchant of Record for these transactions.
  • Direct Corporate Inbound (Revolut & Bank Wires): For direct B2B transactions, customized enterprise contracts, and local checkout links, payments are processed directly via our business accounts and Revolut gateway infrastructure.

If payment is not received within 3 business days of the invoice, the provider is entitled to temporarily suspend real-time synchronization and API traffic without prior notice.

Section 7 - Availability & External Limits

The provider strives for 99% average system availability per year. No liability is assumed for interruptions or delays caused by third-party providers (e.g. API rate limits from Amazon, eBay or Shopify).

Section 8 - Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict of law provisions. The exclusive place of jurisdiction is Cheyenne, Wyoming, USA.

Section 9 - Limitation of Liability & AS-IS

The software is provided AS-IS and AS-AVAILABLE. The provider is not liable for lost profits, data errors, system outages, oversold inventory or marketplace penalties. The merchant remains solely responsible for the accuracy of their marketplace inventory. Liability for gross negligence remains.

Section 10 - Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription to our software services (Barningo / StoreStory) at any time. Use either your user dashboard or send an informal email to info@iceeweb.online. After cancellation, no further charges will be incurred; your access remains active until the end of the current billing period.

Section 11 - 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

For initial purchases we grant a binding 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the operational value, you will receive a full refund within 14 days of activation simply by messaging support. Once a billing cycle has started, the guarantee claim no longer applies to that cycle.

Section 12 - Processing of Refunds by Payment Method

Approved refunds are processed depending on the checkout channel you selected:

  • Transactions via Paddle: If you paid through our Merchant of Record (Paddle), the refund is automatically processed by Paddle and credited back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
  • Direct Transactions (Revolut / Wires): If you paid using our direct Revolut Express links or bank wires, the refund is issued directly from iceeweb technologies LLC to your designated business checking account.
